How do I import from Letterboxd, Trakt or IMDb?
Go to Profile → Settings → Import and pick a source. You’ll review every match before anything is added to your library.
How do I restore Cinepop Pro on a new phone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, go to Profile → Settings and tap Restore purchases.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In Cinepop, go to Settings → Manage subscription, or open the iPhone Settings app → your name → Subscriptions.
How do I export or delete my data?
Settings → Export my data downloads everything. Settings → Delete account permanently deletes your account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
